1. Service Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between you (the "Customer") and Nene Window Cleaning ("we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Booking and Payments

2.1. All bookings are confirmed via email or text message.

2.2. Payment is processed automatically after service completion via GoCardless.

2.3. Prices quoted are subject to confirmation upon inspection of the property.

2.4. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if property details provided during the quotation process are inaccurate.

3. Service Delivery

3.1. We use a waterfed pole and pure water system for most cleaning activities, which is the industry-standard for quality results.

3.2. Windows may appear to have water on them immediately after cleaning, but will dry streak-free.

3.3. We will notify you via text message the day before your scheduled service.

3.4. In the event of extreme weather conditions, we may reschedule your service and will notify you accordingly.

4. Access Requirements

4.1. You are responsible for ensuring that we have appropriate access to your property on the scheduled service date.

4.2. Please ensure pets are secured safely during our visit.

4.3. If access to your property is not possible on our arrival, a cancellation fee may apply.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

5.1. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion.

5.2. Upon notification, we will return to rectify any issues at no additional cost.

5.3. This guarantee does not apply if weather conditions have affected the results after our service.

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

6.2. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

6.3. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Liability

7.1. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our services.

7.2. We are not liable for any pre-existing damage to your property that was not caused by our services.

7.3. Please notify us of any specific concerns or fragile items before service commencement.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1. We collect and process personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK GDPR.

8.2. Your data will only be used for purposes related to providing our services and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfill our service obligations.

9. Changes to Terms

9.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

9.2. Updated terms will be available on our website and will apply to services booked after the publication date.
